The Avocado Choir is a Choral Singing Training Programme conducted in 12 lessons. It offers a friendly and enjoyable vibe where music-making is happening organically. Singers with no or elementary musical background are welcomed to join the choir and learn singing fundamentals through fun-filled musical activities. Training hours and dates are as follows: Thu 8-10pm on 21 Aug 28 Aug 4 Sep 18 Sep 25 Sep 2 Oct 9 Oct 23 Oct 30 Oct 6 Nov 13 Nov 20 Nov Public performance on 23 Nov 2025 held at The Arts House Chamber (performer’s package needs to be purchased separately). Total training hours is 24 hours. Training Location: 233 River Valley Rd, B1-02 Located in: RV Point, Singapore 238291 (Near Orchard, 3min walk from Fort Canning MRT) The total Training Fee for 12 Avocado Choir training sessions is SGD564. We now offer an Early Bird price of SGD429 for purchases made before 30 July. Under the circumstance whereby a participant has to miss the training sessions due to personal reasons, there is no refund of any Training Fee. Each training session will be video recorded and supplemented by written notes. This is to provide reference material for those who need to refer back to the training material in case they miss any sessions. Participants are encouraged to ask the Choir Director any questions regarding the learning of the training material.

The Avocado Singers is a Chamber Choral Singing Programme conducted in 16 lessons. It offers a friendly and enjoyable vibe where music-making is happening organically. Every singer will receive at least one chance to showcase their voices and receive tailored feedback to their current learning status. Through open discussion of vocal techniques and musical experience, we hope to instill a structured framework of analysis which could help the singers to consistently develop in the long run. Training hours and dates are as follows: Sat 3-6pm on 19 Jul, 26 Jul, 2 Aug, 16 Aug, 23 Aug, 30 Aug, 6 Sep, 20 Sep, 27 Sep, 4 Oct, 11 Oct, 25 Oct, 1 Nov, 8 Nov, 15 Nov, 22 Nov. (Total training hours is 48 hours.) Public performance on 23 Nov 2025 held at The Arts House Chamber (performer’s package needs to be purchased separately).
